La fecha limite para la presentación de la declaración de la renta en plazo es el día 30 de junio de 2021. En Tu Consultoria Uktaxes solo podemos garantizar rentas para registros realizados antes del día 15 de junio que cuentan con toda la información y el pago realizado. Estamos recibiendo su registro online con menos de 10 días para poder preparar su renta por lo que no podemos garantizar que su declaración será presentada en plazo. Si lo desea, siempre que nos facilite toda la información necesaria en el registro, podemos ofrecer un servicio express con coste adicional para presentar con prioridad su renta. En caso de registrarse fuera de plazo o a partir del Lunes 27 de Junio, el servicio express evitara únicamente los intereses de demora en caso de pago de impuestos, pero no evita la multa por entregar fuera de plazo. Express service no reintegrable una vez seleccionado y abonado.

The deadline for submitting the income tax return on time is June 30, 2022. At Tu Consultoria Uktaxes we can only guarantee filing on time for registrations made before June 15 that have all the information and the payment made by that date. We are receiving your online registration with less than 10 days to prepare your taxes, so we cannot guarantee that your return will be submitted on time. If you wish, as long as you provide us with all the necessary information at registration and before June 28th, we can offer an express service at an additional cost to file your 2021 Renta as a priority. In case of registering after the deadline or after Monday, June 27 2022, the express service will only avoid default interest in case of payment of taxes due, but it does not avoid the penalty for filing after the deadline. Express service is NON REFUNDABLE.

Please note: If you need to file a tax return in the UK or any other country, with income also being declared in Spain, (employment, property income or anything else) make sure to file your UK or foreign tax return before we file your Spanish Renta, so we are able to apply the double taxation agreement and avoid paying taxes twice on the same income. We will need a copy of the return when filed, if we do not do it for you.
